Head of Business Development
Lindsey joined BGF in 2012 to establish its business development strategy. Lindsey’s role includes overseeing all of BGF’s origination channels, managing shareholder relations and leading the coverage of the UK’s advisory community.
As Head of Business Development, Lindsey leads a national team with a broad remit across BGF including new product BD strategy, direct origination, integrated marketing and sponsorship campaigns, and managing BGF’s flagship events.
Lindsey and her team are also responsible for delivering the firm’s management information and insight into the effectiveness of the business development and origination efforts across the county.
Prior to BGF Lindsey worked at Baker Tilly where she spent 11 years leading the origination, marketing and brand positioning efforts for their corporate finance business nationally. As part of this role Lindsey jointly developed and ran Baker Tilly’s private equity coverage programme before taking on a broader role running the firm’s national pitching and business development efforts.
Lindsey began her career working in fashion and consumer PR, helping to launch a number of Wagamama’s earliest restaurant sites, as well as working on London Fashion Week for some of the UKs most up and coming designers of the time.
